Welcome to Leading your Church into Growth

Introducing Leading your Church into Growth - we're a Christian organisation who equip church leaders and churches to grow.

For almost 25 years we have been serving the local church across the country with a vision to encourage and equip churches to grow both numerically and spiritually. We run residential courses, provide training days and resources as well as supporting dioceses in developing their own growth programmes.  We help all kinds of churches, Catholic or Charismatic, Evangelical or Liberal, Rural or Urban, Big or Small.

What people say

For years Leading your Church into Growth has been and remains the best single piece of training that any local church can undertake if it wants to learn more about sharing the great news of Jesus Christ.

- Rt Revd Paul Bayes, Bishop of Liverpool

Leading your Church into Growth is a terrific way of helping parishes think, pray and act in ways which really do lead to growth. It is proving highly valuable for us as a Diocese.

- Rt Revd Paul Butler, Bishop of Durham

In a church culture which is too easily besotted and beguiled by all that is shiny and new Leading your Church into Growth concentrates on the tried and tested putting parish and people, evangelism and service front and centre. This is extraordinary help for ordinary churches.

-  Archbishop Stephen Cottrell, The Most Reverend the Lord Archbishop of York

In the Diocese of Leicester we have been greatly blessed by first the residential and now the local versions of Leading Your Church into Growth, with groups from churches across the Diocese finding the four day residentials, ran in partnership with the national Leading your Church into Growth team, to be times of great encouragement and inspiration.

- Rt Revd Tim Stevens, Bishop of Leicester
