Leading your Church into Growth (LyCiG) is a national mission charity with a proven track record of helping churches grow in numbers, in spiritual depth and in service to their local community. We are a team of passionate and missional individuals made up of bishops, archdeacons, parish clergy and lay leaders of all traditions.

Our conferences teach 7-Steps of church growth using interactive talks, practical exercises and space for personal reflection. We aim to inspire and enable churches to grow at their own pace, in their own way and with God’s help. Our programme is designed for all kinds of churches in all kinds of contexts.

Price includes all meals, tea & coffee and a private en-suite room.
