At Leading your Church into Growth, we think a good way to begin the process of planning for growth is to think about 'The Four P's'. These are based on Paul's ministry in Acts 17.

We pray for growth.
The church is an intentional presence in the community.
We take opportunities to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ.
Not all will respond, but some will want to hear more, so we 'persuade' those who do want to hear more, my teaching them how to become a follower of Jesus.
