Apply to join the LyCiG Trustee Board
We are currently at a pivotal point in the LyCiG story. Our inspirational founder and leader, Canon Robin Gamble, is retiring after over 30 years of remarkable ministry. His work has helped all different kinds of churches to believe that growth is possible and provided these churches with proven growth tools that help turn their vision into reality.
The Trustee Board has developed our “Step Up and Scale Up” strategy in response to this challenge. We will be partnering with the Church of England to more than double the impact of LyCiG, resulting in over 1000 parishes and over 3000 leaders being inspired and supported to grow their churches.
As we transition into a robust and sustainable charity, we have recognised the need to strengthen our Trustee Board so that we can meet the new challenges with confidence and with the necessary depth of experience and expertise. We are particularly keen to hear from potential Trustees with experience in Children’s and Youth Work; in Human Resources and People Management; in Safeguarding; and in
Finance and Organisational Development. Please see the Trustee Recruitment Pack for more information.
