Introducing our Interim Project Director

Leading your Church into Growth is glad to announce the appointment of Diane McCarthy to the role of Interim Project Director.  This short-term appointment will give LyCiG's organisational development a big boost. Diane will bring experience and enthusiasm to our team as she leads the initial phase of our 2025-2027 project to build on decades of ministry and expand our work across the country. One of the most important tasks ahead of Diane will be to lead our recruitment of a new National Director, a key appointment for our new season of growth.

Please pray for Diane and our team as we seek to grow the ministry of LyCiG and pray that our churches grow in numbers of people who know the love of Jesus.

“I'm so delighted to have been appointed as Interim Project Director for LyCiG at this exciting time in the organisation's history. Thanks to the generous and faith-filled investment by the Church of England, we now have the opportunity to 'Step Up and Scale Up' so that we can help lead more churches than ever before into growth. Working alongside Robin Gamble and the LyCiG Trustees, I'll be playing my part in this critical transitional period as LyCiG becomes a bigger, more robust and sustainable charity while still remaining true to its core values that have already helped so many parishes to grow and flourish.
